2. KVM VPS
VPS Service Agreement · AP Interactive Solutions S.L · Version 1.0 · March 2026
By contracting a Virtual Private Server ("the Service") with AP Interactive Solutions S.L, the customer ("the Customer") accepts these terms, governed by Spanish law and the applicable rules of the European Union.
1. Reasonable use and network policy
All VPS plans include a monthly bandwidth allowance. Network use is subject to a fair use policy. The Customer must ensure that their usage patterns are consistent with standard hosting, application and development workloads.
Excessive or sustained network resource consumption that degrades service quality for other customers may result in temporary bandwidth restrictions or additional charges upon prior notice.
2. Bandwidth limits and throttling
Each plan includes a specific monthly bandwidth allowance (or unlimited, subject to fair use). Once the monthly limit is reached, the VPS connection will be throttled to 50 Mbps for the remainder of the billing cycle. The Customer may request additional bandwidth at an extra cost by contacting support.
"Unlimited bandwidth" plans are subject to fair use and are designed for standard server workloads. AP Interactive Solutions S.L reserves the right to apply restrictions if usage significantly exceeds reasonable levels for the plan tier.
3. DDoS protection and abuse
All VPS plans include DDoS protection as specified for each location. However, the Customer shall not:
- Use the Service as a "dstat" target, traffic sink or any tool designed to attract or relay DDoS attacks
- Intentionally or negligently attract volumetric attacks against the infrastructure
- Share the VPS IP or connectivity to receive attacks on behalf of third parties
- Run open resolvers, amplification vectors or any service that facilitates reflection attacks
If a VPS is the target of frequent or recurring DDoS attacks, AP Interactive Solutions S.L may, at its sole discretion:
- Apply a temporary null-route to the affected IP address
- Apply additional charges based on the bandwidth consumed by mitigation
- Require the Customer to upgrade to a plan with enhanced mitigation capabilities
- Suspend or terminate the Service if attacks persist and the Customer does not take reasonable measures to prevent them
4. Prohibited activities
The Customer shall not use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing emails or unsolicited bulk communications
- Host malware, botnets, command-and-control servers or exploit kits
- Conduct port scanning, network probing or attacks against third-party systems
- Mine cryptocurrencies (unless explicitly authorized in writing)
- Host content that violates Spanish or EU law (including the GDPR)
- Infringe intellectual property rights (DMCA / EU Copyright Directive)
- Run TOR exit nodes without prior written approval
- Any activity that may result in IP addresses being listed on blacklists (Spamhaus, SORBS, etc.)
5. Resource usage
VPS resources (CPU, RAM, disk, IOPS) are allocated as specified in the plan. The Customer shall not attempt to exceed the allocated resources through exploits or abuse. Sustained 100% CPU usage that affects other customers on shared infrastructure may be subject to throttling upon prior notice.
6. Data and backups
The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining backups of all data stored on the VPS. AP Interactive Solutions S.L does not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failure, accidental deletion or any other cause of data loss. It is strongly recommended to keep external backups.
7. Suspension and termination
AP Interactive Solutions S.L reserves the right to suspend the Service immediately and without prior notice in the event of:
- Breach of any of these terms
- Non-payment of invoices once the deadline has passed
- Receipt of valid abuse complaints or judicial orders
- Recurring DDoS attacks that jeopardize infrastructure stability
Data on suspended VPS instances is retained for 7 days after suspension. After this period, data may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
8. Liability
AP Interactive Solutions S.L provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee 100% availability. The Customer acknowledges that occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events. AP Interactive Solutions S.L shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from service interruptions.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Malaga, Spain.

3. Web Hosting (Plesk)
Web Hosting Service Agreement · AP Interactive Solutions S.L · Version 1.0 · April 2026
By contracting a web hosting plan ("the Service") with AP Interactive Solutions S.L, the customer ("the Customer") accepts these terms, governed by Spanish law and the applicable rules of the European Union. The Service is provided on shared infrastructure managed with Plesk, located in Madrid, Spain.
1. Scope of service
The Service provides shared web hosting with the resources specified in the contracted plan (number of sites, disk space, email accounts, databases, monthly traffic). Each plan runs on a multi-tenant server. AP Interactive Solutions S.L manages the operating system, the web server, the database engine and the Plesk control panel.
2. Fair use and shared environment
All shared hosting resources (CPU, RAM, concurrent processes, I/O) are subject to a fair use policy. Sustained or abusive usage that degrades service for other customers may result in temporary limitations, enforced per-process limits or, with prior notice, the obligation to migrate to a dedicated plan (VPS or dedicated server).
The Customer must keep their applications reasonably optimized. Long-running cron jobs, high-frequency polling loops, unbounded queries and similar patterns that saturate a shared server are not compatible with this type of plan.
3. Acceptable use
The Customer shall not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited email, bulk campaigns or phishing attempts
- Host malware, exploit kits, web shells or command-and-control infrastructure
- Forward traffic or act as a proxy/VPN for third parties
- Run cryptocurrency miners or similar sustained compute workloads
- Host file-sharing platforms, warez or content that infringes intellectual property
- Host child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that is illegal under Spanish or EU law
- Scan, probe or attack third-party systems from the shared infrastructure
- Run IRC networks, anonymous remailers, TOR exit nodes or open relays
4. Email sending
Outbound email from shared hosting is subject to sending limits aligned with industry standards to protect the reputation of the server's IPs. AP Interactive Solutions S.L may apply per-domain quotas, require SPF/DKIM alignment and temporarily block outbound email if spam complaints or blacklist listings are detected. For higher transactional volumes a dedicated SMTP relay or a higher-tier plan is recommended.
5. Backups and data responsibility
AP Interactive Solutions S.L may perform server-level backups for infrastructure recovery purposes, but does not guarantee individual per-site restoration. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining independent copies of their content, databases, configuration and email. It is strongly recommended to use the backup tool integrated into Plesk and download copies to an external location.
6. DNS, domains and TLS
The Customer is responsible for pointing their domain's authoritative nameservers
to the records indicated by AP Interactive Solutions S.L (typically ns1.hostealo.eu and
ns2.hostealo.eu) or for configuring the corresponding A/AAAA/MX records if
using an external DNS. Free Let's Encrypt TLS certificates are provisioned
automatically when the DNS configuration allows it; third-party certificates can also be uploaded
through Plesk.
7. Software, applications and customer responsibility
One-click installers (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) and any third-party applications installed by the Customer are provided as-is. AP Interactive Solutions S.L does not audit, patch or support application code. The Customer is responsible for keeping the CMS core, themes, plugins and custom code up to date. Outdated installations that are compromised and used abusively will be suspended until remediated.
8. Availability and maintenance
The Service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, with a monthly availability target of 99.9%. Whenever possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through the panel and/or email. AP Interactive Solutions S.L may perform emergency maintenance without prior notice when necessary to preserve service security or availability.
9. Suspension and termination
AP Interactive Solutions S.L reserves the right to suspend the Service immediately and without prior notice in the event of:
- Breach of any of these terms or the general Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment of invoices once the deadline has passed
- Valid abuse complaints, DMCA/EU takedown requests or judicial orders
- Compromise of the Customer's account (malware, unauthorized access) that puts other customers at risk
Suspended accounts are retained for 7 days to allow remediation. After this period, data (files, databases, email) may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
10. Liability
AP Interactive Solutions S.L provides the Service "as is", without guaranteeing absolute availability, total data integrity or suitability for a particular purpose. AP Interactive Solutions S.L shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or third-party claims arising from service interruptions.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights that, where applicable, may correspond to the Customer under European Union law.
Last updated: April 2026 · Version 1.0
4. Dedicated Servers
Delivery model
Dedicated servers are delivered with full root access and remote IPMI/KVM access. The Customer is the administrator of the operating system. AP Interactive Solutions S.L offers servers in unmanaged mode or managed mode through provider panels (TenantOS in Spain, ITP-Solutions Guardian in Germany) integrated into the client panel.
Hardware ownership
The physical hardware is and shall always be the property of AP Interactive Solutions S.L or its datacenter provider. The Customer contracts the use of compute capacity, not the acquisition of hardware. Upon termination of the service, the hardware returns to the pool available for reassignment.
Connectivity and bandwidth
Servers include connectivity according to the contracted plan (port speeds 1 Gbps / 10 Gbps) and a monthly traffic volume indicated in the plan. Servers that exceed the limit will be throttled to 50 Mbps until the next billing cycle. Unlimited use, when offered, is subject to a fair use policy.
Suspension and termination
Non-payment results in the suspension of the server according to the deadline defined in the Refund Policy. Termination returns the hardware to the pool. AP Interactive Solutions S.L will perform a best-effort secure disk wipe before reassignment; the Customer is responsible for extracting their data before the effective cancellation date.
Specific acceptable use
The common clauses of section 1.2 apply. Additionally, the Customer shall not operate cryptocurrency mining services, TOR exit nodes, open proxies, warez file-sharing platforms, or infrastructure for sending unsolicited bulk email.
5. Game Servers
Panel and access
Game servers are managed from a Pterodactyl-based panel accessible via SSO from the client panel. The Customer receives access to console, file management, backups, databases and task scheduler.
EULA and third-party software
For Minecraft, the Customer must accept the Mojang End User License Agreement (EULA) before starting the server for the first time. The panel displays an acceptance banner. Mods, plugins and custom JARs are the sole responsibility of the Customer; AP Interactive Solutions S.L does not audit, patch or support third-party code.
Plan resources and limits
Each plan allocates limits for RAM, CPU, storage, network allocations (ports) and backups. The limits are enforced by Pterodactyl and are not modifiable without changing the plan. Each game server has a dedicated IPv4 (not shared with other game servers).
DDoS protection
Game servers inherit Hostealo Shield DDoS protection for the assigned IPs. The Customer can manage protection rules, IP lists and presets from the panel.
Fair use
Sustained use of 100% of the allocated CPU triggers a warning. Continued abuse after the warning may result in throttling or suspension. The Customer must optimize mods and plugins to keep performance within plan limits.
6. Domains
Domain Registration and Transfer Agreement · AP Interactive Solutions S.L · Version 1.0 · April 2026
By registering, transferring or renewing a domain name ("the Domain") through AP Interactive Solutions S.L, the customer ("the Registrant") accepts these terms, in addition to the policies of ICANN and the registry corresponding to each TLD. AP Interactive Solutions S.L acts as a reseller of accredited registrars and is not a registry operator.
1. Registry and ICANN policies
Each domain is subject to the policies of the corresponding registry and, for
generic TLDs, to ICANN's Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and the Uniform
Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). Country code TLDs
(ccTLDs) are additionally subject to their national regulations. In particular, .es
domains are governed by the rules published by Red.es. The Registrant acknowledges that
these external policies may prevail over any service commitment made
by AP Interactive Solutions S.L.
2. Accuracy of registration data
The Registrant must provide truthful, up-to-date and complete contact data
(WHOIS/RDAP), and keep it updated throughout the lifetime of the Domain. Providing
false or outdated data is grounds for suspension or cancellation of the Domain by
the registry, with no right to a refund. Some ccTLDs (such as .es) require
additional verifications, such as a national identity document; their absence may
delay registration or trigger a "pending validation" status until the registry
confirms eligibility.
3. Prices and renewals
Prices displayed by AP Interactive Solutions S.L include a commercial margin over the wholesale registry cost. Prices may be adjusted at any time to reflect changes imposed by registries. Renewals are billed at the price in effect on the renewal date.
Domains do not renew automatically unless the Registrant expressly activates auto-renewal. Failure to renew before the expiration date may result in entry into a grace period, a redemption period with recovery fees imposed by the registry and, ultimately, deletion of the Domain. AP Interactive Solutions S.L is not responsible for domains lost due to failure to renew.
4. Transfers and authorization codes
Incoming transfers require a valid authorization code (EPP/AuthCode) and access to the administrative/registrant email. Outgoing transfers follow the same process: the Registrant may request the AuthCode for any Domain they own through support. In accordance with ICANN policy, newly registered or recently transferred domains are locked for 60 days before allowing a new transfer. Some ccTLDs apply their own transfer rules.
5. Nameservers and DNS
By default, domains registered or transferred through AP Interactive Solutions S.L are configured with the
nameservers ns1.hostealo.eu and ns2.hostealo.eu. The
Registrant may update the nameservers at any time from the client
panel. The use of external servers does not affect the validity of the registration.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the transaction has been submitted to the registry, even in cases where the Registrant no longer wishes to use the Domain. This is covered by the exception to the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 for digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's express consent. In exceptional cases where the registry rejects the operation and reverses the fee, AP Interactive Solutions S.L will issue a credit to the Registrant's account balance.
7. Trademark and intellectual property
The Registrant declares that the registration of the Domain does not infringe trademarks, trade names or other
intellectual property rights of third parties. Domains may be subject to
Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) verifications and sunrise policies for new
TLDs. Disputes over a registered Domain are resolved through UDRP (gTLD) or the
dispute mechanism of the corresponding ccTLD (for .es, the Red.es
resolution procedure).
8. Prohibited use
The Domain shall not be used for:
- Phishing, impersonation or fraud schemes
- Distribution of malware, unauthorized software or exploit content
- Hosting or linking to content that is illegal under Spanish or EU law, including CSAM
- Impersonating public institutions, payment providers or banking entities
- Supporting spam, pharming or DNS-based abuse campaigns
In the event of a credible abuse complaint or a notification from the registry or an authority, AP Interactive Solutions S.L may suspend the Domain, modify its DNS or initiate its deletion as required by the competent authority.
9. WHOIS and privacy
The personal data provided during registration is processed by AP Interactive Solutions S.L and transferred to the corresponding registry and registrar to the extent necessary to operate the Domain, in accordance with ICANN policies, registry agreements and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU. For gTLDs, the Registrant's non-personal data is published in RDAP; personal data is hidden in accordance with ICANN's Registration Data Policy.
10. Liability
AP Interactive Solutions S.L acts as an intermediary between the Registrant and the registry. We are not responsible for registry-side failures, registry policy changes, ccTLD verification delays or losses caused by domain expirations due to unattended renewal reminders. The Registrant undertakes to hold AP Interactive Solutions S.L harmless against any third-party claim arising from the registration or use of the Domain.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law and by the policies of ICANN and the corresponding registry. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights that, where applicable, may correspond to the Registrant under European Union law.

7. Colocation
Colocation Service Agreement · AP Interactive Solutions S.L · Version 1.0 · March 2026
By contracting colocation services ("the Service") with AP Interactive Solutions S.L, the customer ("the Customer") accepts these terms, governed by Spanish law and the applicable rules of the European Union.
1. Scope of service
The Service provides physical rack space (measured in rack units, "U") at the designated datacenter facility. It includes access to the shared electrical infrastructure at the power level specified in the contracted plan, shared network uplink and physical security. The Customer retains ownership of and responsibility for all equipment housed in the assigned space.
2. Equipment and access
The Customer must ensure that all hardware is properly rack-mountable, does not exceed the assigned space and complies with applicable electrical safety standards (CE marking required for EU installations). Physical access to the facility is subject to the datacenter's access policy, which may require prior scheduling, identity verification and escort procedures. Remote-hands support is available on request and may entail additional charges.
3. Power and network
The power allocation specified in the plan is a maximum continuous consumption. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or service adjustment. The network uplink is shared unless a dedicated port is contracted. AP Interactive Solutions S.L does not guarantee a specific bandwidth performance on shared links. The Customer is solely responsible for the content and legality of all network traffic.
4. Prohibited activities
The Customer shall not:
- House equipment that poses a fire, electrical or environmental risk
- Store hazardous, flammable or explosive materials
- Exceed the contracted power or space allocation without prior authorization
- Use the Service for any activity prohibited by applicable law
- Modify or tamper with datacenter infrastructure, cabling or electrical systems
- Grant access to the facility to unauthorized third parties
5. Liability and insurance
AP Interactive Solutions S.L shall not be liable for damage, theft or loss of the Customer's equipment, except in cases of proven gross negligence. The Customer is strongly advised to maintain adequate insurance for all colocated hardware. AP Interactive Solutions S.L provides standard facility security (CCTV, access control) but does not act as an insurer.
6. Termination and equipment removal
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Customer must remove all equipment within 14 days. Equipment not removed within 30 days after the end of service shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at the Customer's expense.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Malaga, Spain. For facilities located in Germany, German local regulations relating to electrical safety (VDE), fire protection and data protection (BDSG/GDPR) additionally apply.

Acceptable Use Policy, /24 IPv4 Block · AP Interactive Solutions S.L · Version 1.0 · March 2026
By requesting the lease of an IPv4 /24 address block ("the Service") from AP Interactive Solutions S.L, the customer ("the User") expressly and irrevocably accepts these terms, which are governed by Spanish law and the applicable rules of the European Union.
1. Lawful and responsible use
The User shall use the IP block exclusively for lawful purposes. Any use that violates Spanish, European or international law is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or phishing campaigns
- Hosting, distributing or facilitating access to malware, botnets or C2 infrastructure

2. IP reputation and blacklists
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the reputation of the assigned IP addresses. If any IP in the block appears on major blacklists (Spamhaus, SORBS, Barracuda, etc.), AP Interactive Solutions S.L may request remediation within 48 hours. Non-compliance may result in null-routing of the affected range.
3. Suspension and null-routing
AP Interactive Solutions S.L reserves the right to suspend the Service immediately and without prior notice, including null-routing of the entire /24 block, in the event of:
- Confirmed abuse originating from the block
- Receipt of a valid law enforcement or judicial request
- Persistent listing on blacklists that affects the reputation of the shared infrastructure
- DDoS attacks directed at or originating from the assigned block
4. Liability and indemnification
AP Interactive Solutions S.L acts exclusively as a transit and BGP announcement provider and assumes no liability for traffic routed through the assigned block. The User undertakes to indemnify and hold AP Interactive Solutions S.L harmless against any claim, damage or expense arising from the User's use of the IP block.
5. Cooperation with authorities
AP Interactive Solutions S.L will fully cooperate with any judicial or law enforcement request lawfully issued in relation to the assigned IP block. This includes, without limitation, the provision of subscriber information, traffic metadata and allocation records as required by Spanish law (Organic Law 10/1995, Law 34/2002 LSSI-CE) and EU regulations (GDPR, Directive 2006/24/EC where applicable).
6. Compliance with RIPE NCC policies
The assigned block is subject to RIPE NCC policies. The User must maintain accurate objects in the RIPE database (inetnum, route, aut-num) and promptly respond to any inquiry from RIPE NCC or AP Interactive Solutions S.L regarding the use of the resources.
7. Breach and termination
Breach of any of these terms entitles AP Interactive Solutions S.L to suspend or terminate the agreement immediately. Upon termination, the BGP announcement will be withdrawn and the IP block reclaimed. No refund shall be issued for the remaining billing period in the event of termination for cause.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by Spanish law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Malaga, Spain, for any dispute arising from or related to this agreement. The User acknowledges that this agreement is also subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to them.
Last updated: March 2026 · Version 1.0
10. Suspension, termination and refunds
Suspension for non-payment, automatic termination deadlines, refund requests, chargebacks, guaranteed availability and compensation for SLA breaches are governed by separate documents that form an integral part of this Agreement:
