Identity verification (KYC), Terms and conditions
AP Interactive Solutions S.L, operating under the Hostealo brand (hereinafter "the Company"), requires identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) to comply with applicable regulations and to safeguard the security of our platform and users.
By submitting your documents and accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the verification
The identity verification process is carried out solely to confirm your identity and to prevent fraud, money laundering and other unlawful activities. Verification may be required at any time at the Company's discretion.
2. Requested documents
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: an official identity document (DNI (Spanish national ID), passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within the last 3 months) and any additional document deemed necessary to complete the verification.
3. Data security
All documents and personal data submitted during the verification process are stored using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Access to your documents is strictly limited to authorised personnel involved in the verification process. We employ technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
4. No disclosure to third parties
Your documents and personal information will not be shared, sold or disclosed to third parties, except where strictly required by law or by order of a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
5. Data retention
Your verification documents will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable legislation and for the duration of your commercial relationship with the Company. Upon account closure or at your request (subject to legal retention obligations), your documents will be securely deleted.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your personal data. 7. Accuracy of information
You certify that all documents and information provided are authentic, accurate and belong to you. The submission of forged, altered or fraudulent documents may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
8. Verification outcome
The Company reserves the right to approve, reject or request additional documentation at its sole discretion. A verification rejection does not prevent you from submitting a new request with corrected or additional documents. During the verification process, access to certain platform features may be restricted.
