This Cookies policy describes which cookies and similar technologies AP Interactive Solutions S.L uses in its customer panel, their purpose and how you can manage them. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and with article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that the browser stores when visiting a website.
It allows the page to remember your session, your preferences or certain interactions.
In this policy the term "cookies" is used broadly and includes other similar
technologies such as the browser's localStorage.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These do not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE) because they are essential to provide the service you have requested:
hostealo_session, authenticated session identifier. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie. Expiration: 30 days. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).- CSRF token, hidden field in forms to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery. It is not technically a cookie, but it is documented here for transparency.
3. Interface preferences
Stored in the browser's localStorage (not sent to the server). They improve your
experience by remembering your presentation choices. Legal basis: legitimate interest
(art. 6.1.f GDPR) in offering a consistent interface.
theme, selected visual theme (auto / light / dark). Indefinite._locale, selected language (en / es). Indefinite.svc_view,svc_filter_type,svc_filter_status, view and filters saved on the services page. Indefinite.assistant_active_id,assistant_mode, state of the panel's AI assistant. Indefinite.
4. Affiliate cookies (require consent)
If you arrive at the site through an affiliate link (URL with parameter ?ref=CODE),
a cookie is set to attribute the commission to the affiliate if you register and
purchase a service.
_ref, referring affiliate code. Expiration: 30 days. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). It does not personally identify you.
This cookie is only set when you reach the site via a link containing the
?ref= parameter. If you never use an affiliate link, it is not set.
5. Cookies we do NOT use
AP Interactive Solutions S.L does not use marketing, retargeting, third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), social network (Facebook, Twitter buttons, etc.) or behavioral advertising cookies. We do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. How to manage or disable cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Each browser has its own procedure:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and site data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and data stored.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF) you will not be able to log in to the panel. If you disable preference cookies, your theme, language or view choices will not be remembered between visits.
7. Validity and updates
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or legal changes. Revised versions will be published on this page with their date. If the changes are substantial we will notify registered users by email.
