## Common questions

### Are there automatic backups?

Yes. New servers make one backup a day at about 5 in the morning (Spain time). When the backup slots of your plan are full, the oldest backup that is not locked is replaced; lock a backup to keep it. Turn it on or off in the Backups tab, and make a manual backup there whenever you want.

## What every server comes with

You manage it all from the Hostealo panel.

- **Dedicated IPv4:** Every server gets its own IPv4 in Madrid, not shared with other customers.
